An Update From The Pagani Team

As a New Zealand run family business, the safety of our communities is our highest priority.
We are closely following all COVID-19 guidelines as the New Zealand Government updates them.

In response to the Monday 23rd March Government announcement of Alert Level 4, our retail stores are now temporarily closed until further notice (but don’t worry... we will let you know the minute we reopen!)

Our online store will stay open 24/7 and you can continue to shop online with us. All orders placed after midday 24th March will be delivered once our warehouse reopens after the government decreases the nationwide alert level.

We are ready, willing and waiting to help… If you have any questions, comments or concerns, you can reach us via email, live chat and over our social channels. Our communication and conversations with you all will not come to an end during this time.

Returns will be processed after this nationwide alert level is lowered and our team can safely be back in our webstore.

We will extend our returns period to 60 days for all orders placed after 20th of March. Any returns sent to us / received between now and then will also have the extended returns period honoured.

Our Support Centre will continue to work on beautiful new designs and exciting new customer initiatives all from the safety of their homes. We cannot wait to share these all with you in the not too distant future.

Our teams remain our number one priority during this uncertain time, this includes all of our retail team members through to our Dispatch and Support Centre staff. Throughout this time we will continue supporting our staff, with the help of the government, for as long as we possibly can. We have a dedicated team continuously updating every individual throughout the Alert Level 4 lockdown and our teams are eager as ever to welcome a friendly face back into our stores as soon as it is safe to do so.

Changes We Are Making

Our Stores | As of Monday 23rd March, our physical stores will close. These will reopen once New Zealand has stabilised and the alert level has been lowered.

Shop Online | Our online store will stay open 24/7 and you can continue to shop with us here.

Orders | All orders placed after midday 24th March will be dispatched after the government decreases the nationwide alert level.

Click & Collect | C&C deliveries have been turned off until stores are back open and able to receive these again.

Note: Any C&C orders placed from Friday 20/03 can be cancelled provided they have not yet been dispatched.
Any C&C orders already dispatched and IN stores or enroute will be eligible for extended returns period (60 days) and can be returned by customers after alert level is lowered.

Free NZ Shipping will still be applied to all online orders over $30 during this period.
