    Stylist / Web Store Support - Auckland Part Time

    Pagani has an exciting career opportunity for a sales star who loves fashion and has a passion for customer service.

    Are you looking for a job that involves your love of fashion and your passion for customer service? Do you have exceptional customer service skills?

    Pagani Outlet is looking for a Stylist to join the team part time, whilst also supporting our growing Web Store team both of which are located at our New Lynn based office.

    What we are looking for:

    • Someone who has a great sense of style and loves fashion
    • Provides exceptional personalized customer service that creates a unique shopping environment in store
    • Proven experience in a sales environment with a focus on achieving sales targets
    • Exceptional time management skills.
    • Strong administration skills including confidence using Microsoft programmes.

    In this role you will be a key part of the dynamic store team and will work to provide exceptional personalized customer service that focuses on achieving sales targets. You will have an interest in people and have superb communication skills to demonstrate your genuine passion for the brand and knowledge of our product. During your hours supporting the Web Store team you will assist with online order dispatch, stock maintenance via transfers and stocktakes, customer service support via phones and live chat as well as general support for the team.

    This a part time role with average weekly hours of 10 split across Tuesday and Wednesday. This role has the potential to grow to weekend hours.

    Are you looking for the next step in Retail Management? Are you looking for a job that involves your love of fashion and your passion for customer service? We are looking for experienced Assistant Store Managers that can help drive the team and assist the Store Manager in the day to day operations of the store.

    We need someone who loves fashion, has previous supervisor/management experience and has proven results in a sales environment with a focus on achieving sales targets. You will also have exceptional time management and task prioritizing skills.
    Your ability to motivate and guide the store team will be crucial to support the store manager, increase sales and to constantly deliver outstanding customer service.
