Returns

Online Returns
We want you to love your Pagani purchase. If your online order is not quite right, you can return eligible items for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place your order.
We no longer offer exchanges for online orders. If you need a different size, colour or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
• Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
• In original, unworn condition
• Unwashed and unused
• Returned with all original swing tags attached
• Accompanied by your completed returns form and invoice or proof of purchaseWe may refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Earrings
• Swimwear
• Hosiery
• Shapewear
• Bodysuits
• Underwear and undergarments
• Jewellery
• Hair accessories
• FragrancesThese items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Sale and Final Sale Items
Sale items can be returned for a refund, provided they meet our return conditions.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Promotional and Multi-Buy Items
If you return an item purchased as part of a promotion or multi-buy offer, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount received.
If you return one item from a multi-buy promotion, the refund will be calculated based on the price paid after the promotional discount has been applied.
If you return all items purchased as part of the promotion, you will be refunded the full promotional amount paid, excluding any shipping costs.
Afterpay Orders
Online orders paid with Afterpay can be returned by post to our Web Store for a refund.
Afterpay online orders cannot be refunded in store. Once your return has been received and processed by our Web Store, your refund will be applied to your Afterpay account.
If you need a different size, colour or style, please place a new order online.

New ZealandPlease package your return securely and include your completed returns form and invoice so we can process your refund.
Return postage costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked or registered postal service, as Pagani is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns to a Pagani store
Online orders can be dropped into any Pagani store with your returns form and invoice.
Our store team will send your return back to the Web Store for processing. Refunds for online orders are processed by our Web Store and cannot be completed at the store counter.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team before returning it.

If an item is confirmed as faulty, we will arrange the return postage and process the refund back to your original payment method.
If a faulty item has been worn, please launder it before returning.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund back to the original payment method used for your order.
Please allow time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process the refund.
We will contact you once your return has been processed.
Gift Cards
If your order was paid using a gift card, the refunded amount will be returned to the original gift card.
If your order was paid using a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be returned to the original payment methods used.
International Returns
International online orders can be returned to our Web Store, provided the items meet our return conditions.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Original shipping costs, duties, taxes and international freight charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
