Following the recent government announcement that all regions outside of Auckland have now moved to Alert Level 2 our key priority is to keep our staff and customers safe and healthy.
Our online store is open 24/7
You may continue to shop online - Shop for your winter essentials with contactless delivery during Level 4, non-essential items can of course be ordered, however they will be dispatched once restrictions have been lifted. National shipping providers are also warning of delivery delays of up to two days, so please factor this in when ordering.
Auckland | Our Auckland stores will remain closed under Level 4 requirements until Wednesday 15th September, pending further government announcements.
Rest of New Zealand | Our remaining nationwide stores are open!
We are undertaking the following measures to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing:
- Social distancing of 2 metres is maintained in our stores at all times.
- Mandatory mask wearing by all staff and customers (except if you have an exemption).
- Stringent cleaning rosters and hygiene measures in all stores, with emphasis on our customers key points of contact.
- QR codes available in every store for customers to track their movements.
Click & Collect | Now available for collection at all stores outside of Auckland.
Returns | All online orders placed after the 13th August 2021 will have an extended returns period of 60 days from date of purchase. If your return / exchange is currently on its way to us, or is sent to us during the lockdown period, the 60 day period will also apply.
