ONLINE CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINES

To safely receive your items by Christmas we recommend that you place your order prior to the below cut off dates. Please note, unexpected courier delays are beyond our control.

AUCKLAND – Thursday 20th December (prior to 2pm)

Rest of NZ – Wednesday 19th December (prior to 2pm)

Australia & International – Wednesday 12th December (prior to 2pm)

Please note that our Customer Care and Dispatch Centre will be closed over the following public holiday dates.

For any orders placed on the above dates we aim to dispatch within 48 hours from the next working day (Thursday 27th December and Thursday 03rd January.) Please expect some delays with delivery times due to high demand and courier delays over this period.

CHRISTMAS ONLINE RETURNS PERIOD

We have extended our return deadlines over the holiday season. Any orders placed between Monday 10th December 2018 – Monday 24th December 2018 will have an extended returns period to Friday 8th February 2019.

PROCESSING YOUR ONLINE RETURN

Please note that any online returns received from Friday 21st December – Friday 4th January 2019 will have a delayed return processing time frame. We will endeavour to process your returns as quickly as possible from Monday 7th January 2019.
