To safely receive your items by Christmas we recommend that you place your order prior to the below cut off dates. Please note, unexpected courier delays are beyond our control.

For any orders placed on the above dates we aim to dispatch within 48 hours from the next working day (Thursday 27^th December and Thursday 03^rd January.) Please expect some delays with delivery times due to high demand and courier delays over this period.

CHRISTMAS ONLINE RETURNS PERIOD

We have extended our return deadlines over the holiday season. Any orders placed between Monday 10^th December 2018 – Monday 24^th December 2018 will have an extended returns period to Friday 8^th February 2019.

PROCESSING YOUR ONLINE RETURN

Please note that any online returns received from Friday 21^st December – Friday 4^th January 2019 will have a delayed return processing time frame. We will endeavour to process your returns as quickly as possible from Monday 7^th January 2019.
