Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Pagani is committed to providing quality products and the very best customer service possible.

We are happy to offer a size or colour exchange on garments purchased from our online store. As long as you send the original products back to us in new condition within 14 days from date of original purchase. Please note: Pagani does not issue refunds on change of mind purchases.

 

  

When returning items please follow our Returns Process as outlined below:

  

  • Pagani must recieve a request for a Returns of Goods Authority within one week of your order being dispatched from our warehouse. Notification can be sent to: Return of Goods Authority Request

  • Pagani will review availability of stock and advise whether we can issue your request.

  • Sale Items - There are no exchanges or credits issued on sale items.
    Faulty Items - If an item is faulty upon purchase we will do our best to replace the item or offer an exchange.

  • Items that cannot be exchanged due to Hygiene Regulations - Jewellery, bra's and stockings. So please be certain about the item you wish to buy before you purchase.

  • Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a confirmation email will be sent to advise of the exchange of goods as requested.

  • Replacement items will be sent back to the customer via standard courier post free of charge (NZ Only). If you require a express service delivery, this is at the customers cost and must be paid by credit card before items are sent from our warehouse.

  • If replacement goods are not received within 1 week of confirmation email, it is the customers responsibility to contact Pagani to follow up.
