Returns & Payment Policy (Physical Retail Stores)

Exchanges

If you have changed your mind or found an item doesn't fit within 7 days of your original purchase, we will exchange it for another item of the same of lesser value, or we will issue you with a credit note.

The item must be in original condition as purchased, with all tags and labels still attached. The item must not have been worn.

Proof of purchase is required.

 

Sale Items

There are no exchanges or credit on sale items.

 

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, we will try to repair it within 2 weeks.

If an item cannot be repaired, we will try our best to locate another or swap it for another item of the same value. Or if you cant find anything that you like, we will issue you a credit note of the same value of the faulty item purchased. Proof of purchase is required.

Any item purchased as a faulty item, at a discounted price, at time of sale may not be returned for repair, exchange, credit or refund.

 

Items that cannot be exchanged due to Hygiene Regulations

Jewellery, bikinis, bra's, shoes, stockings and socks cannot be exchanged due to hygiene regulations. So make sure that you are certain about the item you wish to buy before you purchase it.

 

Refunds

We do not refund if you have found that an item doesn't fit, doesn't suit you or if you've just changed your mind.

This is the Pagani refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act, as advised by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

 

Payment

We do not accept cheques.

However, for your convenience we do accept cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard & travellers Cheques.
