ORDERING/SHIPPING QUESTIONS

 
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the items of your choice in the correct size/colour. Once you are finished shopping you can then click on your "shopping bag" on the top right hand corner of your screen. This will display all your items you have selected.
If you wish to remove an item from the shopping bag - simply click remove at the end of the product description.
Once you are ready to process through to checkout with your items, click the checkout icon. If you have registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and password that you created for your account - if you have not shopped with Pagani before, you will need to register before your order can go progress - see "how to register".
You will then be taken through the payment process step by step, once completed a confirmation email will be sent to your email address supplied.

The item I want is sold out. Will you get more in?
Many of our styles are only available in limited numbers for a particular season. Our Basics range are available on going. Please contact us regarding the particular item you would like, including size and colour, and we will let you know if we are able to source it for you.

Something I purchased is now on sale. Can i receive a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any price adjustment for this reason.

Can I modify my order?
Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If for some reason a error has occurred on your order, you can notify the online co-ordinator on enquiry@pagani.co.nz

How do i know that my information/payment is secure?
We have gone to great lengths to ensure shopping online with Pagani is completely safe. We use a secure payment application.

What credit cards do we accept?
Pagani online accept the following: Visa, Master card.
 
VBV pop-up page - What is this?
The VBV pop-up is a extra security measure issued by banks. Due to the high risk of fraud throughout the world some banks ask for you to be "Verified By Visa". When this link pop's up it will ask you to enter a password - if you do not enter the password it will then bring up another page asking you to activate this. IF you do not wish to activate you can press the "no thanks" button and it will take you back to the payment page to complete your order online with Pagani.
 
We recommend for all customers to become Verified By Visa, as this is extra security for yourself and future online purchases.

When will I be billed for my order?
Your credit card will be charged for your order once we have your order ready for dispatch. When you first place your order, the funds are 'secured' by Pagani but are NOT deducted from your credit card until dispatch accrues.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?
Yes. To have your items delivered to a different address, simply enter in the details in the delivery address allocated area when placing your order.

How do I know when my order will arrive?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Delivery time frame within NZ 2-3 business days. If you wish to track your order you can do this by contacting us.

What if my order gets lost or doesn't arrive on time?
Contact customer services immediately if your order is lost, we will be happy to resolve any order issues.

Why would I register?
Registering makes it quicker and easier for you to use our site, eg
  • your delivery and billing details are automatically loaded into the checkout process, which saves you time when you are making a purchase.
  • you will be able to view your purchase history, which will be handy if you want to see what size you brought in those pants last time, or what the name of the top that fitted you really well.

How do I register?
To register, go to the top of any page on the Pagani website and click on create account. Enter your details including a valid email address and password of your choosing. Once finished, click submit and your account will be created.
 

What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and type your email address into the correct field. You can request the password to be emailed to you as per instructions.

 
How do I change my password?
If you wish to change your password you will need to firstly log into your account via the log in link at the top of the Pagani web page. Once you have logged in, click on my account, which will take you through your details page. From here you are able to simply enter in a new password and re-submit your account information.

 
How often will pagani send me an email?
We will initially send you emails that are necessary in the process of you using the site, eg registration, purchase.
When you create your online account you will have the option to join our 'interest groups' for important information about our products and offers. We expect to send you between one and two emails a month, but this frequency may change over time. If you feel you are receiving too many emails from us - please let us know, so that we can try to tailor our offering to your needs.

 
Can I un-subscribe to Pagani emails?
Yes, at any stage you would like to do this, you can change this in your customer profile. Or on the emails there is a un-subscribe button at the bottom that you can select and follow the instructions.
